JOB VACANCIES AT AN INTERNATIONAL COFFEE SHOP/CAFÉ - LOHI CONSULTING

An international café/coffee shop with offices inLagos, Owerri and Abuja is currently recruiting for a suitable and qualified candidate for the following vacant position 
   

    1-    Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager
Locations:
Abuja, Lagos and Owerri

Job Description
  • Assists the Coffee Shop Manager in the daily administration of the business; ensures implementation of company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Applicant must possess Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Business Administration/Management or related discipline with at least 5 years relevant experience in a similar position of responsibility.
  • Applicants must be flexible to work in any of the locations that the company currently operates in Abuja, Lagos and Owerri and any other city that is added to the chain stores.
  • Applicants must be computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel

2- Job Title: Shop Manager

Locations:
Abuja, Lagos and Owerri

Job Description
  • Drives sales and increase revenues for the store, promotes excellent customer service to establish a continuous customer presence.
Qualifications
  • Applicant must possess Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant field but preferably with certification in hospitality with at least 8 years relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • Applicants must be flexible to work in any of the locations that the company currently operates in Abuja, Lagos and Owerri and any other city that is added to the chain stores.
  • Applicants must be computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel


3 - Job Title: Assistant Chef

Locations:
Abuja, Lagos and Owerri

Job Description

  • Supports the Chef in the kitchen to international standards, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time with excellent presentation to establish a continuous customer presence.
Qualifications
  • Certification in hospitality with at least 4 years relevant experience in culinary activities, Applicants that do net hold any certification or Its equivalent, but with years of practical experience in upscale hospitality environment maybe considered.
  • Applicants must be flexible to work in any of the locations that the company currently operates in Abuja, Lagos and Owerri and any other city that is added to the chain stores.
  • Applicants must be computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel

4 - Job Title: Kitchen Staff

Locations:
Abuja, Lagos and Owerri

Job Description
  • Prepares sandwiches, salads, soups, light baking and some other local delicacies, drinks; ensures the environment is kept clean and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
  • Applicants must have a minimum of SSCE with at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Applicants with a minimum of OND in Hotel and Catering similar field will have an added advantage
  • Applicants must be flexible to work in any of the locations that the company currently operates in Abuja, Lagos and Owerri and any other city that is added to the chain stores.



5 - Job Title: Chef

Locations:
Abuja, Lagos and Owerri

Job Description

  • Applicant must possess Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in relevant field but preferably with certification in hospitality with at least 8 years relevant experience in business management.
  • Applicants that do not have Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, but with years of practical experience in upscale hospitality environment maybe considered
  • Applicants must be flexible to work in any of the locations that the company currently operates in Abuja, Lagos and Owerri and any other city that is added to the chain stores.
  • Applicants must be computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel

6 - Job Title: Shift Leader

Locations:
Abuja, Lagos and Owerri

Job Description
  • Assists with the daily operations of the business and manages shop staff according to their schedules and management reporting.
Qualifications
  • Applicant must possess Bachelors’ degree or its equivalent and preferably with certification in hospitality with at least3years relevant experience in a similar position of responsibility
  • Applicants must be flexible to work in any of the locations that the company currently operates in Abuja, Lagos and Owerri and any other city that is added to the chain stores.
  • Applicants must be computer literate, with knowledge in Microsoft word and Excel
